Johannes Pflaum

Johannes Pflaum (* 1964 in Calw ) is a German-Swiss evangelical theologian , lecturer and author.

Live and act

After finishing school in 1981, Pflaum completed an apprenticeship as a publishing clerk and from 1983 to 1988 studied at the theological seminar of the Liebenzeller Mission . He then worked as a community pastor in the Liebenzeller community association until 1993 before he was called to a Free Evangelical Church in Switzerland. For two years he was an employee of the “Missionswerk Arche” in Ebnat-Kappel , Canton St. Gallen.

Since 2000, Pflaum has been a speaker for the “Bible Teaching Service” at home and abroad. At the “European Bible Training Center” (EBTC) in Zurich he is a lecturer in homiletics , practical theology and biblical studies . He is the first chairman of the “Malachi Circle eV” and is a member of the board of the “ Swiss Biblical Association ”.

Johannes Pflaum is a son of Lienhard Pflaum and married to Dagmar. The couple has five children and lives in Neu St. Johann (Nesslau) , Canton St. Gallen.
