Johannes Raestrup
Johannes Raestrup (born August 4, 1878 in Oelde ; † June 14, 1943 ) was a German judge .
Life
The son of a Catholic malt manufacturer passed the first legal state examination in 1900 with "sufficient", the second in 1905 with "sufficient". He then became a court assessor. In 1912 he became a district judge at the Gelsenkirchen District Court and at the end of December 1919 a judge at the Essen District Court . In June 1920 he became a higher regional judge in Hamm . In April 1930 he was seconded to the Reichsgericht as an assistant judge and in December he was appointed Reichsgerichtrat. On May 1, 1937, he became a member of the NSDAP ( membership number 5,823,926).
