Johannes Ritter
Johannes Ritter (born June 18, 1896 in Plauen ; † June 13, 1962 in Leverkusen ) was Lord Mayor of Leverkusen from 1949 to 1951. From 1946 to 1953 he was a member of the SPD and from 1948 deputy mayor.
Ritter was originally a graduate engineer and at times head of Bayer's transport system .
