Johannes von Schwarze

Johannes Friedrich Emmerich von Schwarze (born December 26, 1849 in Dresden , † April 18, 1919 ) was a German judge .

Life

In 1874 he was sworn in to the Saxon sovereign. In 1879 he became a district judge and in 1891 a district judge. In 1892 he was appointed district court director. In 1894 he was promoted to higher regional judge. In 1896 he became president of the district court. In 1899 he came to the Reichsgericht from Freiberg. He was in the VI. Civil senate of the Reichsgericht active. In 1919 he died in office.
