The Johansenbotnen is a mountain basin of the Heimefrontfjella in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It is located in the northwest of Sivorgfjella .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1967 after Einar Johansen (1915–1996), a member of the resistance movement against the German occupation of Norway in World War II .
