John Brown (production designer)

John W. Brown was an American production designer who won an Oscar for best production design .

Life

Brown worked from 1966 to 1971 as a production designer in the production of seven films and television series . At the 1968 Academy Awards , he won the Oscar for best production design with Edward Carrere and John Truscott for the musical film Camelot - At the Court of King Arthur (1967) by Joshua Logan with Richard Harris , Vanessa Redgrave and Franco Nero in the leading roles .
