John Conte
John Conte (born September 15, 1915 in Palmer , Massachusetts , United States , † September 4, 2006 in Rancho Mirage , California ) was an American actor.
Conte, a trained dancer, began his film career in the 1930s and was active into the 1960s. Mostly he was the host of various TV shows. He was also an announcer for the CBS radio show Silver Theater . In the 1950s, Conte appeared primarily as a guest on television series. He became known in 1955 with the film The Man with the Golden Arm .
