John FitzSimons
John FitzSimons (born February 12, 1943 ) is a former British javelin thrower .
In 1966 he won the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in Kingston for England . At the European Athletics Championships in Budapest , he was eliminated in qualification.
In 1970 he won bronze at the British Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh .
In 1964 he became English champion. His personal best of 81.92 m, he set on March 23, 1969 in Long Beach .
