John Linley Frazier
John Linley Frazier (* 1946 or 1947 in Ohio ; † August 20, 2009 in Ione , California ) was an American murderer who, at the same time as Herbert Mullin and Edmund Emil Kemper in Santa Cruz, committed his deeds and also as a hippie Known murderer .
On October 19, 1970, he murdered the ophthalmologist Victor Ohta, his wife, two sons and a secretary.
He was arrested four days later and sentenced to death by gas on November 29, 1971 by a grand jury . In 1972 the death penalty was banned in California and Frazier's sentence was therefore commuted to life imprisonment .
In 2009 Frazier hanged himself in California State Prison in Ione.
