John Twomey (athlete)
John Twomey (born March 2, 1923 ) is a retired American middle and long distance runner .
At the Pan American Games in Buenos Aires in 1951 , he won silver over 5000 m and bronze over 1500 m .
In 1949 and 1950 he was US champion over 1500 m.
