Johnny Buff

Johnny Buff (* 12. June 1888 in New Orleans , USA ; † 14. January 1955 ) was an American boxer in the bantamweight .

Professional career

In 1917 he lost his debut fight. On September 23, 1921 he boxed against Pete Herman for the universal world championship and won by unanimous decision. He lost this belt on July 10 of the following year to Joe Lynch due to a technical knockout in round 14.

In 1926 he ended his career.
