Johnny Seven
Johnny Seven (born February 23, 1926 in Brooklyn - † January 22, 2010 in California ), born John Anthony Fetto , was an American actor. He filled several roles as a criminal and gangster.
Life
As the only boy, Seven grew up as a soprano among his five sisters. He discovered his passion for acting while serving in the American Army, when he appeared on several USO shows.
In 1949 he married Edith Piselli, with whom he fathered two children, John Jr. and Laura.
Career
actor
Seven initially cast simple roles in the New York theater community and appeared on many live shows until Universal Pictures brought him to Hollywood in 1958 . There he played in over 600 television shows , 25 films and in numerous Broadway theaters and off-Broadway theaters.
Screenwriter
In 1958 he tried his hand at screenwriting and wrote manuscripts for television, films and for the theater. His first piece is called Salvage .
Director
He also directed some of his scripts himself. This is how Navajo Run and several other television shows came about in 1964 .
