The Johnson Point is a headland on the south coast of South Georgia . It lies at the head of Jacobsen Bight and divides it south of the mouth of the Eclipse Glacier into two halves.
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1962 after Clive Edwin Johnson (* 1953), field research assistant for the British Antarctic Survey in this area between 1975 and 1976 and on the Rothera station from 1977 to 1979.
