Jolanda Keizer (born April 5, 1985 in Amsterdam ) is a Dutch athlete . Her greatest success was the silver medal in the pentathlon at the 2009 European Indoor Championships.

In 2004, Jolanda Keizer won the Dutch Junior Championship in the heptathlon , after finishing second the year before. In 2005 she competed for the first time at the state championship in the adult class and finished second behind Yvonne Wisse . At the European Championships for under 23-year-olds in Erfurt, Jolanda Keizer achieved a new personal best with 5760 points and placed sixth.

After a weaker year in 2006, Jolanda Keizer improved significantly in 2007. In May she won her first Dutch championship title in Sittard, surpassing the 6000-point mark for the first time with 6092 points. At the U23 European Championships in Debrecen, she increased to 6219 points and took second place behind the Lithuanian Viktorija Zemaityte , who only won with the same number of points because she was ahead of Jolanda Keizer in four of the seven disciplines. After these two increases in her best performance, Keizer also competed at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka, where she finished 14th with 6102 points.

2008 started with two setbacks for Jolanda Keizer. At the Dutch championship she gave up after the first day and at her first start at the Mösle all- around meeting in Götzis she failed to make a valid attempt in the long jump. Only at the European Cup of all-rounders in Hengelo did she complete a competition with 6105 points and third place in the individual standings, in the team standings the Dutch women finished fourth thanks to Jolanda Keizer's performance. With her performance in Hengelo, she also secured participation in the Olympic Games in Beijing . There she improved her personal best in four of seven disciplines and increased to a total of 6370 points, with which she placed herself in ninth place.

In the indoor season 2009 Jolanda Keizer won the Dutch indoor titles in long jump and pentathlon. At the European Indoor Championships in Turin in 2009, she increased to 4644 points, taking second place behind Russian Anna Bogdanova .

Jolanda Keizer is 1.83 m tall and has a competition weight of 67 kg. She starts for the AAC Amsterdam .
