Jonas Udjus Frorud (born November 25, 1992 ) is a Norwegian cross-country skier .

Career

In December 2012, Frorud made his debut in the Scandinavian Cup in Sjusjøen , where he finished 74th in the 15 km freestyle and 62nd in the sprint. He achieved his first point placement in January 2014 with 29th place over 15 km freestyle in Piteå . In January 2016 Frorud won the Norwegian relay championship together with Simen Hegstad Krüger and Hans Christer Holund in Tromsø . The following year he won third place in the 50 km mass start race at the Norwegian championships in Gålå .

Personal

Frorud is the younger brother of Espen Udjus Frorud , who is also a cross-country skier.
