Jorge Manuel Ferreira Rodrigues (born March 19, 1982 in Vila Real ) is a former Portuguese football player .
Club career
Jorge Rodrigues started his career with lower class clubs in Portugal. In 2005, the midfielder moved to CD Operário in the Segunda Divisão , the third highest division in his home country. After three seasons he moved abroad for the first time to the four-time Slovenian champion ND Gorica . In the 2008/09 season , Jorge Rodrigues came to twelve games, where he got three goals. In the debut for the Slovenes, which Rodrigues made on matchday 7, he met Celje in a 2-1 win in the game against audience Celje to make it 2-0. After a season he moved back to Portugal to the former top club from Porto, the Boavista Futebol Clube , which only played in the Segunda Divisão. Another season later, Jorge Rodrigues changed clubs again and was hired by FC Nõmme Kalju , where he signed until the end of the 2011 season.
