Jorge Paolino

Jorge Paolino (born July 12, 1949 in Buenos Aires ) is a retired Argentine football player on the position of defender .

career

Paolino began his professional career at his hometown club Racing Club , where he was under contract from 1969 to 1974. In 1975 he played for league rivals Huracán and then for two years for the Brazilian club Flamengo Rio de Janeiro . In 1978 he moved to Mexico , where he played for the UNAM Pumas until 1983 , with whom he won a total of four titles in the early 1980s: once each the Mexican football championship and the Copa Interamericana (both 1981) and twice the CONCACAF Champions' Cup ( 1980 and 1982).
