Jorge Porley

Jorge Porley , full name Jorge Eduardo Porley Centena , (born May 11, 1963 ) is a former Uruguayan boxer .

The 1.77 meter tall Porley was in the squad of the Uruguayan team for the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona after he had prevailed in the Torneo Preolímpico Suramericano against the Bolivian Ignacio Barberi and thus qualified for the games. There the Uruguayan, trained by Robert Leyva , started in the light middleweight division and finished 17th after losing in his fight against the Norwegian Ole Klemetsen .
