Jorgos Katsaros

Jorgos Katsaros (born December 17, 1972 in Stuttgart ) is a German magician and presenter of Greek descent.

Life

Jorgos Katsaros was born and raised in Stuttgart. At the age of eight he began to be interested in magic. First appearances at smaller celebrations and events followed. At the age of 15 he took part in a magic competition in Heilbronn for the first time. Since 1990 he has been a member of the Magic Circle of Germany . He is now a presenter in German variety shows and dinner shows. Since 2009, Katsaros has also been working as a technical consultant for theater productions at the Tübingen State Theater and the Württemberg State Theater Esslingen .

Competitive performance

Competitions

Together with Eberhard Riese , he developed his competition performance Lupenreine Illusionen , with which he won the Silver Wand in 2000 at the Monte-Carlo Magic Stars . In this performance, Jorgos does Katsaros' magic with magical magnifying glasses with which he can enlarge objects and light candles. With this performance he was engaged three times for the Magic Castle in Hollywood.
