José Luis García Cobos
José Luis García Cobos (born January 18, 1924 in Veracruz , Veracruz Mexico , † October 14, 2015 ), also known by the nickname Chito , was a Mexican soccer and baseball player who worked for both the Tiburones Rojos Veracruz soccer club and the baseball club Rojos del Águila de Veracruz played.
Life
When García denied a football game in 1945 with the team of the Escuela Náutica Mercante, which he visited, against the professional team of the Tiburones Rojos Veracruz , those responsible for the opponent became aware of “Chito” and signed him.
In the following years García won the championship of the 1945/46 season with the Tiburones Rojos and the cup competition two years later .
He played baseball in the Mexican League from 1953 to 1555; from 1957 to 1984 he worked as a manager in the Mexican baseball league.
