José Luis Merino
José Luis Merino Boves (born June 10, 1927 in Madrid - † July 2, 2019 ) was a Spanish film director and screenwriter .
Life
Merino was already active as an assistant director in the 1950s. For the film Aquellos tiempos del cuplé in which he, together with Mateo Cano directed, which was Jimeno Revelation Award awarded. In the 1960s he made spaghetti westerns and adventure films.
Sometimes he also used Joseph Marvin as a pseudonym .
