José Manuel Duarte Vieira

José Manuel Duarte Vieira (born April 16, 1952 in Águas Santas , Maia ; † February 14, 2013 in Porto ) was a Portuguese electrical engineer, manager and head of the authorities.

From 2008 to 2012 he was General Director of Mota-Engil Engenharias and General Manager of Agrupamento Altavia . In February 2012 he was installed as President of the Comissão de Coordenação e Desenvolvimento Regional do Norte (CCDR-N).

He died of cancer on February 14, 2013 at the Instituto Português de Oncologia in Porto.
