Josef Blasisker

Josef Blasisker (born March 19, 1952 in Lienz ) is an Austrian farmer , state official and politician ( FPÖ ). Blasisker represented the FPÖ as a member of the Austrian National Council in 2002 .

education and profession

Josef Blasisker attended elementary and secondary school between 1958 and 1967 and then graduated from commercial school by 1970. He did military service from 1971 to 1972 and attended the Administration Academy in 1990.

Blasisker has been a farmer and civil servant in the Lienz district administration since 1972.

politics

Blasisker has been a local councilor in Lienz since 1998 and was elected city party chairman of the FPÖ and district party chairman that same year. Blasisker is currently district party chairman for the Lienz district. In 2000 he was also elected to the regional party executive of the FPÖ Tirol and from 1990 worked as a member of the chamber executive in the district agricultural chamber of Lienz.

Blasisker also has numerous functions in agricultural organizations. He has been the regional chairman of Lienz for cattle breeding in East Tyrol since 1982, was local and regional farmer chairman of Lienz between 1984 and 1998 as well as a member of the district and state farmers' council and has been chairman of the ARGE Osttirol Vieh since 1992. In addition, Blasisker has been the deputy chairman of the Tyrolean Beef Cattle Breeding Association since 1996 and the deputy chairman of the Tyrolean independent farmers since 1999.

Blasisker represented the FPÖ in the National Council between January 30, 2002 and December 19. In the National Council election in 2008 , he ran for a combat mandate in 23rd place on the federal list.
