Josef Nyáry

Josef Nyáry (* 1944 in Teupitz near Berlin ) is a German writer and journalist .

Nyáry has lived in Hamburg since 1970. As a reporter for magazines, he was internationally active in research, including the Yom Kippur War , the famine in the Sahel region and environmental changes caused by the canal project on the White Nile . He was the chief editor of Welt am Sonntag until he became a freelance journalist and writer with the publication of his first books in 1982, who has published twelve novels and eight non-fiction books. From 1983 he wrote, among other things, television reviews for newspapers of the Axel Springer publishing house . Nyáry has been running a blog since 2001 .
