The Church of St. Joseph (Pol. Kościół św. Józefa ) in Krakow is a Catholic church at ul. Poselska 21, in the east of Krakow's Old Town .

history

inner space

At the site of the church originally was the palace of Tęczyński that the that are available in Krakow since 1646 Bernardine of Stanisław z Bnina Opaliński bequeathed. Michał Warszycki donated the church towards the end of the 17th century and the construction was carried out between 1694 and 1703. The church was damaged in the fire of 1850, but was quickly rebuilt. The monastery building goes back to Kacper Bażanka and Francesco Placidi .

Geographical location

The church is located in the eastern part of Kraków's Old Town at Poselska Street.
