Joseph Li Jing (* 1968 ) is the Roman Catholic Bishop of Yinchuan (Ningsia, Ningxia) in the Ningxia Autonomous Region of the Hui nationality in the People's Republic of China .

Life

Joseph Li Jing, who was from the Bameng Diocese of Inner Mongolia, entered the Beijing seminary in 1985 . From 1994 to 1998 he studied in Germany and was ordained a priest there in 1996. After graduating in pastoral theology , he worked in China in the national seminary in Beijing. In 2005 he worked in the diocese of Ningxia.

He was ordained episcopal as coadjutor bishop of Ningxia on December 21, 2007 in Yinchuan Cathedral by Bishop John Baptist Liu Jingshan . On December 20, 2009, he was appointed bishop of Ningxia. He was by Pope Benedict XVI. and the Chinese Catholic Patriotic Association .
