Joseph Wirtz
Joseph Wirtz (born January 5, 1912 in Téterchen , † September 12, 1991 in Boulay-Moselle ) was a French hammer thrower .
At the Olympic Games in Berlin in 1936 he came in 16th place, and at the European Athletics Championships in Paris in 1938 , he was fifth.
From 1937 to 1939 he was French champion three times in a row, most recently with his personal best of 51.06 m.
