Josias Neumann
Johann Georg Josias Neumann (* 15. January 1782 in Magdeburg , † December 13 . Jul / 25. December 1855 . Greg on Good Marinovka in Tsarskoye Selo ) was a law teacher in Tartu.
Life
In 1808 he became Professor of Law at the University of Dorpat . From 1826 he was a State Councilor at the Chancellery of the Tsar of Russia ( Nicholas I (Russia) ). At the Friedrich Alexander University in 1798 became a member of the Berlin Society (Erlangen) . In 1799 he moved to the Erlangen Westphalia (1794–1809).
