The Journal officiel de la République du Niger (short: Journal officiel ) is the official gazette of the Republic of Niger .

From 1934 to 1958, during the French colonial period , the official journal was named Journal officiel du Territoire du Niger and Journal officiel de la Colonie du Niger and has been published under its current name since 1959. It is published on the first and the 15th of every month in Niamey .

According to the Niger constitution, the following texts must be published in the Journal officiel de la République du Niger :

  • the minutes of the session of the National Assembly ,
  • the judgments of the Constitutional Court on the unconstitutionality of laws,
  • the declaration of honor on his property, which the President must make annually to the President of the Constitutional Court,
  • the declarations of honor on their property, which the Prime Minister and the other ministers must make annually to the President of the Court of Auditors ,
  • the contracts for the exploration and exploitation of natural resources and mineral resources and, broken down by company, the income flowing from them to the state.
