The Joyce Peak is a more than 1400 m high mountain peaks in the north-central part of the Antarctic Ross Island . It rises to the west of the main summit of Giggenbach Ridge and 8.5 km south-southeast of Wyandot Point .
The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 2000 after Karen Joyce from Antarctic Support Associates , who was involved in ten missions at McMurdo Station from 1990 and was responsible for the computers in the Albert P. Crary Science and Engineering Center .
