Jozef Kotula (born September 20, 1976 in Czechoslovakia ) is a Slovak football player . He is 1.75 m tall and weighs 74 kg.

Career

The midfielder began his career with the Slovak first division club FC Nitra , before playing for Sportfreunde in the Regionalliga Süd from 2000 to 2004 . Finally he moved back to his Slovak homeland, where he played for Artmedia Bratislava and Spartak Trnava . For the 2006/2007 Regionalliga season, he moved to SV Wilhelmshaven and scored four goals in 23 games.

For the 2007/2008 season he moved to Rot-Weiss Essen , where he received a two-year contract. Jozef Kotula did not renew the contract for family reasons. From July 2009 to summer 2010 he played again in his home country with Spartak Trnava . He then switched to Slovak amateur football.
