Juan Carlos Arce Justiniano (born April 10, 1985 in Santa Cruz de la Sierra ) is a Bolivian football player who plays for Club Bolívar .

Arce started his career at the Tahuichi Academy , Bolivia's most famous youth academy. In 2003 he signed a contract with the Bolivian first division club Oriente Petrolero . In 2006 he was loaned to Portuguesa , but returned to Oriente Petrolero at the end of the season. In January 2007 he was loaned to the famous Brazilian club SC Corinthians . Despite having had a good season, his team could not avoid relegation and after a new manager was hired, he was removed from the squad. He made 18 games with the Corinthians and scored two goals. Arce also scored two goals in the Brazilian Cup .

His next loan was in Qatar with Al-Arabi club . This ended in mid-2008. Then he was loaned to the K-League club Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma in South Korea , but where he left the club after eleven games. In January 2009 he returned to Bolivia to his old club Oriente Petrolero after his four loan deals . In July 2009 he was loaned to the Brazilian club Sport Recife . The contract includes a six-month loan with a subsequent purchase option.

In 2010 he moved to the Russian club Terek Grozny . After twenty games in which he failed to score, he returned to Oriente Petrolero . There he stayed, however, only one season, then he moved to the league rivals Club Bolívar .

National team

Since his debut in 2004, Arce has made 67 appearances for Bolivia . He was also on the squad for the 2007 Copa America in Venezuela. He scored a goal against the host.
