Juan Pedro Damiani (born June 14, 1958 ) is a Uruguayan football official and lawyer.

From 2006 until his resignation on April 6, 2016, he was a member of the Ethics Committee of FIFA , where he was a member of the judicial chamber introduced in 2012. Damiani's resignation is related to his association with the so-called Panama Papers . He is said to have helped three defendants in the so-called FIFA scandal to set up offshore companies. In March 2016 it also became clear that there were business connections between Juan Pedro Damiani and the Uruguayan football official Eugenio Figueredo . FIFA official Figueredo is at the center of corruption investigations.

Damiani has been President of Peñarol Montevideo since 2008 . In November 2011 and December 2014 he was re-elected for a further three-year term in office.
