Judah III.
Judah III. (ca.265-ca.330) was a Jewish patriarch .
Life
Judah III. or Jehuda III. belonged to the second, after others to the third generation of the Amorae .
He was the son and successor of Gamaliel IV as Nasi . Hillel II was the son of Judas III.
Judah III. is also known as Judah Nesi'a ha-Sheni and is to be distinguished from the incomparably more important Juda I , who is commonly known under the name Juda ha-Nasi .
