Julián Isaac Sánchez Gallegos (born August 22, 1988 in Guadalajara ) is a Mexican diver . He starts in artificial jumping from the 1-meter and 3-meter board and with Yahel Castillo in 3-meter synchronized jumping . He is trained by Iván Bautista.

Sánchez started diving at the age of six. He won several medals at World Championships and Pan American Games for Juniors. In 2009, Sánchez took part in a world championship in the adult sector in Rome for the first time ; he only achieved 24th place on the 1-meter board in the preliminary fight. He experienced his international breakthrough in 2011. At the world championships in Shanghai , he reached Brett reached the final and was tenth, in the 3-meter synchronized jumping he won the bronze medal with Castillo. At the Universiade he won silver behind the reigning world champion He Chong . Finally, he was able to win two more medals at the Pan American Games , silver from the 3-meter board and gold with Castillo in the 3-meter synchronized competition.

Sánchez received a scholarship from the Technical University of Guadalajara (UTEG).
