Julie Flo Mohagen (born June 4, 1996 in Oslo ) is a Norwegian ski racer . Your strengths lie in the technical disciplines of slalom and giant slalom .

biography

Mohagen comes from Oslo, attended the Norges Toppidrettsgymnas in Bærum and starts for the Ingierkollen og Rustad Slalåmklubb. From December 2011 she competed in her first FIS races in her home country, but initially had no notable successes. From January 2013 she was regularly among the top ten at this racing level and achieved her first victory in a slalom in Sauda in April 2013 . In preparation for the 2014/15 season, she won the slalom at the New Zealand championships and contested her first European Cup race in December 2014 , with a 12th place in the slalom in Hemsedal being her only and best result to date. In 2015 she was part of the Norwegian squad for the Junior World Championship in Hafjell , where she finished 18th in slalom and won the gold medal in the team competition with the team.

In the winter of 2015/16, Mohagen only competed in races in North America. On December 15, 2015, she achieved her first podium finish in the Nor-Am Cup as third in the Panorama slalom, and her first victory followed on March 21, 2016 in Vail, also in the slalom.
