Hafjell

Hafjell is a Norwegian alpine center located about 200 kilometers north of Oslo at the foot of the Gudbrands Valley . It is located on the sunny side of a mountain range. The Olympic ski area comprises a total of 33 km of runs and slopes. From the mountain station you can explore 300 km of groomed cross-country trails that are artificially snowed in out of season. The height difference of the area is 830 meters.

Hafjell transports snowboarders and skiers with a total of twelve lifts and a gondola. The tourist resort also has hotels, restaurants, ski schools, childcare and a snowboard park. Other (winter) sports are bobsleigh rides, cross-country skiing, swimming, airboarding or being pulled by sled dogs. The third largest ski area in Norway has a floodlight system that illuminates some slopes three times a week.
