Julio César Lupinacci

Julio César Lupinacci , full name Julio César Lupinacci Gabriel , (* 1927 or 1928 ; † November 7 or November 8, 2008 ) was a Uruguayan diplomat .

Lupinacci was appointed Uruguayan Ambassador to Venezuela on October 14, 1975 . He later held this office in Chile from 1982 to 1985. From 1985 to 1987 he was Permanent Representative of Uruguay to the United Nations . At least in 1993 he headed the diplomatic mission in Italy. From his appointment on May 18, 1999 to his resignation on May 9, 2000, he was Uruguay's ambassador to Argentina . The inauguration took place on July 7, 1999. He also held the office of ambassador to the Vatican. He was also a legal advisor to the Organization of American States .

According to press reports, he died at the age of 80 in the Sanatorio Americano. For him, however, the "Who's Who in Latin America" ​​was born in 1929.
