The Communauté de communes Vallées de l'Orne et de l'Odon is a French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy . It was founded on October 12, 2016 and comprises 23 parishes. The administrative headquarters are located in Évrecy .

Historical development

The community association was created with effect from January 1, 2017 through the merger of the predecessor organizations

  • Communauté de communes Évrecy-Orne-Odon and
  • Communauté de communes de la Vallée de l'Orne .

At the same time the Commune nouvelle Laize-Clinchamps was formed.
