Sainte-Honorine-du-Fay is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Évrecy in the north, Maizet in the east and northeast, Grimbosq in the southeast, Montillières-sur-Orne with Trois-Monts in the south, Préaux-Bocage in the south and southwest, Maisoncelles-sur- Ajon in the south-west and Vacognes-Neuilly in the west and north-west.
