Canteloup is about 18 km east-south-east of Caen . The municipality is surrounded by Saint-Ouen-du-Mesnil-Oger in the north, Cléville in the northeast, Méry-Bissières-en-Auge with Méry-Corbon in the east, Mézidon Vallée d'Auge with Croissanville in the southeast, Valambray with Airan in the south , Moult-Chicheboville in the southwest and Argences in the west and northwest.
