geography

Fourneaux-le-Val is about six and a half kilometers southwest of Falaise and borders the Orne department in the south . The municipality is surrounded by Saint-Martin-de-Mieux in the north and northeast, Cordey in the east, the Bazoches-au-Houlmes area in the southeast, south and southwest, Les Loges-Saulces in the west and Les Loges-Saulces in the northwest.
