Le Fresne-Camilly is about twelve kilometers northwest of Caen . Le Fresne-Camilly is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Fontaine-Henry in the north and northeast, Thaon in the east, Rots in the south, Cully in the west and southwest, Lantheuil in the west and Amblie in the west.
