Villons-les-Buissons is a French municipality with 749 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy . The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Caen and the canton of Caen-2 (until 2015: canton Creully ).

Villons-les-Buissons is a banlieue about seven kilometers north-northeast of Caen . Villons-les-Buissons is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Anisy in the north, Cambes-en-Plaine in the east, Saint-Contest in the south and Cairon in the west.
