Barou-en-Auge is a French commune with a population of 78 (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the arrondissement of Caen and the canton of Falaise . The inhabitants are known as Conias .
geography
Barou-en-Auge is on the border of both the Falaise Plain and the Pays d'Auge . About 10 km southeast of the municipality is Falaise . Barou-en-Auge is surrounded by Louvagny in the north, Saint-Pierre-en-Auge with Vaudeloges in the northeast and east, Norrey-en-Auge in the southeast and south, Beaumais in the southwest, Morteaux-Coulibœuf in the west and Vicques in the northwest .
