Saint-Remy (also Saint-Remy-sur-Orne) is a French municipality with 1001 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Caen and the canton of Thury-Harcourt .

Saint-Rémy is located 30 kilometers south of Caen in the hill country of the Norman Switzerland . The municipality was created in its current form in 1827 from the merger of Saint-Rémy and La Mousse.
