Saint-Contest is a banlieue about two kilometers northeast of Caen . Saint-Contest is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Villons-les-Buissons in the north, Cambes-en-Plaine in the east and northeast, Épron in the east, Caen in the south and southeast, Saint-Germain-la-Blanche-Herbe in the southwest, Authie im West and south-west and Cairon in the north-west.
