Cléville is located about 19 kilometers east-southeast of Caen am Laizon . Cléville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Hotot-en-Auge in the north and northeast, Méry-Bissières-en-Auge with Méry-Corbon in the east and southeast, Mézidon Vallée d'Auge with Croissanville in the south, Valambray with Airan in the southwest, Canteloup in the West and Saint-Ouen-du-Mesnil-Oger to the west and northwest.
