Fresney-le-Puceux is a French municipality with 822 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the arrondissement of Caen and the canton of Thury-Harcourt .
geography
Fresney-le-Puceux is about 15 km south of Caen . The municipality is surrounded by Laize-la-Ville in the north, Rocquancourt in the northeast, Cintheaux in the east, Bretteville-sur-Laize in the southeast, Barbery in the south, Boulon in the southwest, Mutrécy in the west and Clinchamps-sur-Orne in the northwest.
