The Canton Évrecy is a French canton in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy . It comprises 28 municipalities in the Arrondissement of Caen and has its bureau centralisateur in Évrecy . As part of the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons, it was expanded in spring 2015.

Until the nationwide reorganization of the French cantons in March 2015, the canton of Évrecy included the 26 municipalities of Amayé-sur-Orne , Avenay , Baron-sur-Odon , Bougy , Curcy-sur-Orne , Esquay-Notre-Dame , Éterville , Évrecy , Feuguerolles -Bully , Fontaine-Étoupefour , Gavrus , Goupillières , Hamars , La Caine , Maizet , Maltot , Montigny , Ouffières , Préaux-Bocage , Saint-Martin-de-Sallen , Sainte-Honorine-du-Fay , Tourville-sur-Odon , Trois-Monts , Vacognes-Neuilly , Verson and Vieux . Its layout corresponded to an area of ​​160.79 km ² . Before 2015 it had a different INSEE code than it does today, namely 1416.
